Lodging Policies

  1. Pets and smoking in the suites and on the property is NOT allowed.
  2. The person(s) name on the reservation will be responsible for any other guest(s) in their unit. Each suite is limited to:
  3. 1. Two Bedroom: 4 people
  4. 2. One Bedroom : 2 people
  5. Additional guests are not allowed (without owner approval)
  6. Quiet hours – must be observed between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM in respect to other guests at the Inn.
  7. (Violations of any of the above may result in eviction and loss of funds).
  8. Guests will allow staff members access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Staff shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
  9. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles per unit.
  10. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.


Cancellation Policy

  1. Securing a reservation with your deposit means you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy. A reservation cannot be accepted without a deposit of 50% the total price of the booking.
  2. If a guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the deposit will be refunded as follows:
  3. Full refund of deposit if cancelled more than 30 days prior to the check-in date
  4. 50% refund of deposit if cancelled between 7 and 30 days prior to the check-in date
  5. Less than 7 days before check-in date, no refund of deposit.
  6. The remaining balance shall be due 3 days prior to arrival.
  7. Ironman reservations are 100% non-refundable. All reservations for this time period must be paid in full upon booking.
